Ingredients: No additives or MSG, colourants or preservatives are used in our biltong products.
We use either topside or porterhouse steak, vinegars, coriander, salt, sugar, pepper and spices as well as lots of time and effort.
The Chilli biltong contains crushed habeneros and the Garlic biltong has....well....um....garlic as an extra ingredient.
The Original has lots of cracked pepper and toasted coriander seeds and the Smokey BBQ gets its flavour from a marinade using natural ingredients which include a garlic sauce.
Gluten intolerant people love the Original biltong which has been tested with no gluten detected.
