I chanced upon your product at a dairy that made great cheese on the way to Akaroa. The tour guide stopped our little bus there and along with tasting and buying some great cheeses, the big score was when I happened to pick up a package of your Biltong on my way to the cash register. It was the 100 gram Garlic package. It was so good that on our way back to Christchurch I made him stop back by the dairy and I bought all that they had, save for 2 packages. Well, I've now polished them off and if I don't get some soon, I'm afraid I'm going to hurt somebody. Our "Beef Jerky" here in the states just doesn't measure up. In all fairness I've had some pretty good American beef jerky but it's hard to find quality and nothing is as good as your Biltong. I gave away 3 packages and all 3 friends were raving about it too.

Hello! Just wanted to let you now that I purchased some of your Original Biltong while in Queenstown. I packed the biltong in my food pack while tramping the Milford and Routeburn Tracks. I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your product. I first experienced biltong when I was visiting South Africa a few years ago. It is quite similiar to a product available in the US called beef jerky. However, I find your biltong to have a much superior quality and taste to anything that I can get at home. I only wish that I could get your product in the US. Thanks!

Canterbury Biltong is without doubt the tastiest on the market - I am a huge fan and so is my three year old son. (It's pretty much the only red meat we can get into him, so thanks!)

WOW - it's devine! Having lived here for 8 years I go through times of severe biltong withdrawal symptoms.. not any more! Thank you very much for a very authentic SA biltong and wors. No more of that crappy stuff you get at supermarkets and liquor stores. I will definately be ordering more -

Hello, after my great time in New Zealand, I miss Canterbury Biltong. Is it possible to ship it to Germany?? I don't know if there are any restrictions. Maybe you have had customers from Germany.

GiDay! Hoe gaan dit?

My wife and I have just returned from a visit to NZ. We purchased your biltong on Sunday morning from the markets at the horse race track. Prior to flying back to OZ. We were impressed, it would have to be the best biltong we have had. We have been residents of Australia for about twenty seven years. The biltong we get here is not that great, we do occasionally make our own, a lot of work in a small scale. Do you have any retail outlets in Australia at all??

Recieved Biltong (biersticks) as a christmas gift from a CHCH boarding student at .... Grammar last week (16/11/07) (I opened it early!). Brillant product... as a gym bunny I am truly impressed with the nutritional info (especially the protein content) and I have made a order today for a a light weight protein supply for camping on Mt Ruapehu next week.
