Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered using our courier service and typically (weather permitting) take one day in the South Island and two days to the North Island to major centres.  Rural deliveries are subcontracted out and may take longer.  

We endeavour to process orders on the day they are received but may only send out the following day if received past the courier cut off time.

Shipping costs are detailed in your order at the time of purchase.

Deliveries can only be made to a physical address within New Zealand.  We can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Signatures are required for all deliveries.
