Promotional Terms and Conditions:

Birthday Bootleg Jerky Promotion

Promotion Period: The Bootleg Jerky promotion ("Promotion") is valid from April 22nd, 2024, to April 30th, 2024 ("Promotion Period").

Qualifying Orders: To qualify for the Promotion, customers must place an order valued at $125 or more ("Qualifying Order") on the Canterbury Biltong website (www.canterburybiltong.co.nz) during the Promotion Period.
Promotional Product: Customers who place a Qualifying Order will receive Bootleg Jerky products valued at $21 or more ("Promotional Product"). The selection of Bootleg Jerky products included in the Promotional Product will be determined by Canterbury Biltong.
Eligibility: The Promotion is valid to New Zealand only
Redemption: The Promotional Product is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or any other products.
Product Availability: The availability of Bootleg Jerky products included in the Promotional Product is subject to stock availability. In the event that specific Bootleg Jerky products are out of stock, Canterbury Biltong reserves the right to substitute them with equivalent products of equal or greater value.
Modification or Termination: Canterbury Biltong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events.
General Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Canterbury Biltong, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
