Refunds and Returns

Canterbury Biltong guarantees all its products and will replace any that are found to be faulty or unsatisfactory.

Please email any concerns to quality@canterburybiltong.co.nz or telephone 03 366 0455.

You will need to include a picture of the faulty products, and include your address, phone number, the
best before date of the product and the store you purchased from.

Dried meat products made without preservatives should be either refrigerated or consumed within 3
days.
