Due to popular demand we are now selling our whole pieces of Biltong Original online.
- Keep cool and dry in paper bag for product to breath.
- Unless consumed within a week, it is advised to wrap sticks in glad wrap and freeze.
- If white mold spores develop, wipe off with diluted vinegar. Mold can form in humid conditions.
They come in paper bags and have an 8 week best before date. If you are wanting to keep longer we suggest placing in the freezer and cover with glad wrap as this stops the Biltong from drying out.
